Koovashni Reddy founded CleanGen in 2012 with a bold vision: to accelerate Australia’s clean energy transition. As Managing Director, she leads strategic investment and development across CleanGen’s 20GW pipeline, drawing on over 35 years in the energy sector.

A passionate advocate for renewables, Koovashni has shaped Australia’s clean energy landscape for more than two decades — from pioneering solar service models in 2005 to co-founding ACE Power in 2021. Her deep expertise spans development, investment, trading, and operations, with past leadership roles at AGL, EnergyAustralia, Integral, IFM, Wind Power and Pacific Power. She holds a Bachelor of Business and a Master of Applied Finance.
